Terms & Conditions for California & Las Vegas Escorted Tours
Reservations and Payments
There are three ways to reserve your Rainbow Tour:
1. Contact your travel agent.
2. To reserve by phone, please call us at 888-656-6644 or 323-656-6111 Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm PST.
3. Reserve online using our easy and secure online booking system.
Full payment for the tour(s) is due at the time of confirmation of your reservation.
Taxes
The cost of the tour includes government and local taxes.
Insurance
Travel insurance is recommended.
Cancellations and Changes for all tours
Prior to 14 days, there will be an administrative fee of $25 per person. Within 14 days prior to departure the following penalties will apply:
4-14 days: 50% of the tour cost
3 days or less: 75% of the tour cost
Cancellation is defined as a change to the departure date, a change in name, a reduction to the number in the party, and/or termination of the entire trip. All other changes to a reservation constitute a change. All changes are subject to availability. If air tickets have been issued, all exchange or cancel penalties imposed by the airline will apply.
Cancellation and change charges are assessed for the costs of managing your tour arrangements and the risk we may not be able to sell this space to someone else. Any cancellation refunds you are entitled to will be automatically processed within 7 days of your cancellation.

In addition to the preceding cancellation charges, additional charges may be assessed to cover penalties imposed by airlines and/or hotels.
Responsibility
Rainbow Tours and its subagents shall not be held liable for loss or damage or injury to property, or injury to person, caused by reason of any defect or negligence by any other transportation company, any hotel, any agency or any other such party providing such services. Rainbow Tours reserves the right to withdraw any tour at any time and to make such changes and alterations as may be found necessary for the proper handling of the tours. Rainbow Tours is not liable for any claim of whatsoever nature arising out of, or in connection with, transporting or other service or features, or otherwise, performed or occurring in connection with these tours, except with its obligation to warrant appropriate refunds under the terms & conditions contained in this web page.
Limitation Of Liability:
By booking with Rainbow Tours you acknowledge that in any event Rainbow Tours and its employees and/or agents will not be liable for any consequential damages and the extent of Rainbow Tours' liability shall never exceed the amount you actually paid to Amerigay Tours.
Itineraries and tours' costs
In the event that the service or accommodations described in the tour description cannot be provided due to delays or other causes beyond the control of Rainbow Tours, Rainbow Tours will try, but shall not be required, to provide comparable services or accommodations.
Rainbow Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries if it should become necessary or desirable. Rainbow Tours also reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure. In such a case, full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement with the tour participant.
Payment for a reservation constitutes consent to all provisions, conditions and general information contained on our web site. All terms and conditions of Rainbow Tours shall be governed by the laws of and in the state of California.
